2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to our event ticketing service
  • "Organiser" refers to users who create and manage events
  • "Attendee" refers to users who purchase tickets to events
  • "Event" refers to any event listed on our platform

3. Organiser Terms

As an event organiser, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your events
  • Hold valid rights to sell tickets for your events
  • Maintain your own SumUp account for processing payments
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Handle customer service for your event attendees
  • Be responsible for your event's cancellation policy

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through SumUp. Organisers must connect their own SumUp account to receive payments. We are not responsible for any payment processing issues between organisers, attendees, and SumUp.

5. Attendee Terms

As an attendee, you acknowledge that:

  • Tickets are sold by event organisers, not by us
  • Refund policies are set by individual event organisers
  • We are not responsible for event cancellations or changes
  • You must comply with the organiser's event rules

6. Platform Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent any platform security measures
  • Sell tickets to fraudulent or misleading events
  • Interfere with other users' use of the platform

7. Liability

We provide the platform "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or for any disputes between organisers and attendees.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be notified to users.
